A preface by Thierry Raspail, director of the Lyon Museum of contemporary Art, and an historical text by Jon Hendricks open the book.
Essays including the recurring and essential topics of Ben’s work are written by international authors, among them: Arthur Danto (about ego), Jean-Hubert Martin (ethnism), Midori Matsui (Total Art) and Philippe Vergne (performance). Finally, an interview of Ben by Hans Ulrich Obrist completes these essays.
